I can no longer use mobile data. I can receive and send text messages and phone calls without a problem. I can use the Wi-fi with no problem. But trying to access any apps or the Internet in general with ONLY mobile data will not work. Notably, the LTE designator on my Verizon Wireless signal strength indicator is gone.
Last week around Tuesday or Wednesday I received a notice about an update, which I applied. Since I was home and on Wi-Fi the entire week, if that update had anything to do with removing or disabling the LTE connection I wouldn't have noticed it until I went out of the house for Christmas. It was then I discovered the problem.
I have reset my phone multiple times. I've gone through the prompts via the 611611 number. I've done the 'turn the phone on airplane mode for 30 seconds' trick. I've turned off Mobile Data and turned it back on. Mobile data worked fine prior to this last phone update but now I simply can't get it to work. My APN has been checked via 611611 and determined that my "data settings have already been configured". I've tried in multiple areas, so it's not a signal problem either. I have three to four bars worth.
My APN is TRACFONE.VZWENTP
