Need to reactivate SafeLink service on my SGH-125G

I have a SafeLink phone which I had enrolled for and I haven't used it since 2017. I would like to get it working again. The screen says unregistered SIM. I tried *22888 and it said out of airtime. I remember texting "1" to the number 555 to update my airtime but that didn't work either. Do I have to re-enroll or am I out of luck?
