Unlock Tracfone Samsung J7 Sky Pro

Need help to unlock my Tracfone Samsung J7 Sky Pro so I can use AT&T as my carrier instead of Verizon. No reception on Verizon. Only AT&T. Have AT&T sim card but will not work because phone is locked.
