Recently bought a Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro. I have no internet access even though I have an LTE signal with a signal strength of 2 to 4 bars. My wife who is sitting across the room from me has no trouble with her ancient iPhone 6.

Yes, mobile data is turned on. I've done the network settings reset.

Any suggestions - other than getting in touch with the notoriously incompetent Tracfone customer support?
