For the past three weeks or so I've been getting poor signal strength, one bar and sometimes no bars.
I use it locally in Santa Ana, CA 92701. I had no problems before.

I am not able to receive pictures that are sent via text message. From other posts is looks like you have to email me something?

I have the same problem now and then. It's caused by leaving a coverage area and re-entering and the phone fails to reconnect.

Press and hold the "PWR END" button until the phone powers off. Wait a few seconds, then press and hold the same button until the screen comes on. The phone has re-booted and it should work for you.

My payment to my sons phone has not posted. I purchased on 5/19/14 it was approved but did not post.
He had locked the phone and forgot the number so we just opened it for the first time in 30 days. So I know he did not use it.
