ok i just got this phone because old tiny motorala just wasnt beung heard by others but today i ahd like 35 minutes go kaboom only doing 5 minutes with browser???

Now i just purchased minutes with credit card and all i got was a bill for $21.75

yup over 1 1/2 hours later still ZERO minutes added

not for nothing tracfone but your customer support is non existent

I'm sorry but this phone is being shipped back to you pronto unless you add my triple minutes as stated on websitre and i'm never brwoing internet again i will find a way to lovck out that brwser i do not like being robbed

cant even hook up wifi signal and i'm all around hot spots in philly xfibity comcast and thers i tried a hundred ways to get wifi working but all i get is connection failed

Phone is saying it needs PUK!! Forget the voicemail password as well. Tried to call tech support but no help there. Someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
