My father has the SGH-T301G. When he tried to activate new minutes a couple weeks ago, the screen switched to "Sim Card Rejected." I've tried taking it out, cleaning it, and replacing it. I called, and ended up having a new sim card mailed to us. When I inserted the new sim card, I got the same "Sim Card Rejected" message on the screen. I'm not able to get into the menu, or do anything else for that matter, except for emergency calls. I don't know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Can someone tell me what to do. I lost my phone and had just added a 1 year card. i went online to find my balance on minutes and it has my end date but said to go to the menu ... to get my balance on my minutes but lost phone so cant get balance. i'm going to purchase a new phone and have time and minutes transferred to new phone so will tracfone know how many minutes that i have to be transferred?
