New Samsung A03s can't send or receive MMS

I had been using an LG phone but about 3 weeks ago got a Samsung A03s and now I can't send or receive MMS messages. I mainly use them from them as part of group chat between my siblings.

I think the problem is the MMSC setting on The APN page is blank. (Also the APN type: entry is missing MMS) I've going through the procedure to update the APN but it doesn't seem to change anything. I tried calling Tracfone support but wasn't able to get the issue resolved.

I'll attach screen shots of my APN settings. (looks like I got the photos out of order)

Can some Tracfone employee assist me.

I got the phone working correctly by doing a factory reset on it. Then restoring the google backup and telling in to NOT restore the network settings. The whole process of backing up and restore took about 2 hours. It did seem to miss reinstalling a couple apps.

When I setup the phone I used the Samsung Smart Switch software to transfer everything from my old LG phone. My guess is that it transferred some setting that was not correct for the Samsung.

So, if you have this problem, maybe do a backup, factory reset, and restore.
