Cant clear transaction

Cant clear transaction

Got a new phone, activated and transferred old number to it. Number is now showing properly in the new phone itself. But in the account, the phone status keeps saying "Your device has a pending transaction. Please wait a few minutes and try again.". I restart the phone as instructed, but it still keeps saying there is a pending transaction. How do I clear this transaction?
