Exporting Contacts Not Working

I'm trying to export my contacts as a csv to my PC.
But the export file only has 1 contact.
I'm attempting this thru:
Settings>Contacts>Fix and manage>Export to file.
I get no error messages simply the "Export will begin shortly."

Any help will be appreciated,
James
