Unable to call / text

Every time I try to make a call , a Verizon message tells me that my mobile # is inactive or not valid.....cannot text to the 611........cannot call the 1-800 #.......cleared the cache......did a factory reset...removed the SIM card and re-installed it.....still unable to resolve.....do not have any other way of communicating except through email or this forum....online chat isn't an option when I log to my Tracfone account......willuplease !!! help in resolving this most " concerning " issue ?....
