voicemail problems

The following has been happening, at least, for the past two days: incoming phone calls to my cell either go straight to my vm or the phone rings twice and then goes to vm. My phone is the Moto g stylus 5g (2021), I spoke with a TF agent yesterday and she claimed the problem was a Verizon issue. What am I to do? There doesn't seem to be a problem w/Verizon in the area in which I am (Jacksonville, Florida). Help!!!
