Error 16

Add me to the seemingly long list of people getting Error 15 or Error 16 whenever trying to visit the tracfone website. I get an Error 15 when I try to go to the website without an VPN, then I tried using a VPN in case the IP address for some reason was a problem, but then it just switched to Error 16.

How do I get onto the TracFone website?
