I have lost my voicemail password - please advise

I have lost my voicemail password. My understanding is that after posting this request for assistance I will receive an invitation for an off-line communication with a forum moderator or Tracfone associate who will instruct me privately as how to resolve this easily correctable issue.

I no longer need assistance to recover or reset my voicemail password as I have since remembered my current password and it works flawlessly as expected. If only my 76 year old memory would be so flawless
