My 2 accounts are mixed. Info is corrupted

Hello,

I have 2 tracfones associated with my email address. My friend's and my wife's.

If I log in using my wife's info Tracfone shows my friends name, phone number, and my wife\s expiration date, Minutes, data, etc.

I bought both phones and registered one in my friends name, he doesnt have internet access, and registered the other one in my wifes name.

However, I used my email address for both phones. I used different passwords for each account. Somehow things got crossed and now I can only access my friend's phone number.

What do I need to do to straighten things out.

I do not have access to my friend's phone.
