I just got off Chat after spending almost 30 minutes. They can't help me because they don't have the tools to do that sort of thing. They asked all the questions to verify who I was and sent codes to prove everything, only to tell me they couldn't help me. I explained everything at the beginning of the chat, it would have been great if they could have just told me then.
