Points not added

Proof of 4500 points

I play Tracfone's Earn Points games every day. Usually, I don't score many, if any points. This morning, I spun the wheel, and it landed on 4500 points. But my points didn't add to my total or pending points. I made a screenshot of the points, so this isn't a false claim. How do I get these points added to my account?

The same thing happened to me twice.

On Sunday, September 3, at 7:16 p.m., I played Spin The Wheel and the pointer landed on 4500 points.
On Monday, September 4, at 7:56 p.m., Spin The Wheel pointer again landed on 4500 points.

I couldn't believe it so I also took screenshots of both times it happened. I've chatted with TF twice about it. Both times, I was told I would receive a call within 15 minutes. But no one ever did call me back.

Figures. They didn't even have the decency to reply to my post.

I think there may be problems with the Rewards program.

Earlier today, I played Spin The Wheel. I got a message that all prizes had already been won for that game.

The site says you can come back each day to spin again.

Also, Rewards shows that I have 102 points pending. That doesn't make sense as all rewards are in multiples of 5 unless it's for purchasing a TracFone device or a new plan. I haven't made any recent purchases.

There have been a few glitches occurring with the spin wheel.
Multiple people landed on the 4500 points but nothing has been awarded.
Others have gotten the "try again" message and were awarded 1 point.
