visual Voice Mail

I am constantly getting this message....We can't connect to visual voice mail at this time....
I'm not using Visual Voice Mail, nor have I ever used it....
I just want the alert to GO AWAY...
The phone is Samsung SMS767VL....
Anyone have this problem.....
