website login not working

I am not able to login to the website. Immediately after I enter my username, I click the "I am not a robot" box wnd the "Continue" box. The screen then reloads. Sometimes it asks me to identify objects in photos to verify that I am not a robot. Either way, the screen just reloads after I click "Continue". This has been happening for a few weeks. I tried Firefox and Edge browsers.

What's going on?

Me too -- cannot logon with either of my two accounts. Have tried up-to-date Firefox, Chrome, and MS Edge. Just now, Firefox gave an infinite loop back to the main page without being logged in.

Ohterwise gives this pop-up window: "! Alert
We are unable to validate the information you provided. Please try again."

Changing the password via "forgot password?" doesn't fix it.

I'm in the same boat as others with an inability to log into the TracFone website. I log in, click any link and I'm asked to log in again. I've deleted my browser history. I've turned off my ad blockers before attempting to log in. I've turned off my VPN before logging in. I've tried different browsers (Firefox and Chrome, both updated) and it's the same result no matter what I do or use. I can't even log into the TracFone Rewards site without the same issue occurring. And since my service will be running out soon and I can't log in to buy more service, I guess I'm done with TracFone.

Sadly now with Verizon in charge, this mboard is pretty much ignored by them. Non of the Mods have visited in some time.

I having same issue too, although sometimes I can sneak in using FireFox.
