New Tracfone won't activate

Bought a new Tracfone. Can't get it activated and number transferred to it. I've been on the phone for over 7 hours. I've been transferred 12 times and disconnected 6 times. The agents do the same nothing over and over again. This level of service is below horrible. Ticket# 1252429947

After 8 hours talking or waiting finally got a guy who suggested a SWupdate on the phone. That seems to have done the trick
