UPS LOST MY NEW TRACFONE TODAY !!!

UPS said they delivered my recently purchased new Tracfone today but it was nowhere to be found.

I filed a claim & they got back to me saying they have no evidence it was delivered which I already knew it wasn't delivered because I was waiting for it all day and they never came.

WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PROVIDE SATISFACTORY PROOF OF DELIVERY FOR THE ABOVE
SHIPMENT. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS CAUSES.


Now what do I do ?
