Error: Failed to verify OAuth information

I activated my phone today and transferred my old Tracfone number to it. Everything seemed to work correctly, but when I tried to log onto the website to add a minute card, the website kept saying my account was invalid and I was in it not long before. The error message I received was "Failed to verify OAuth information." I tried to reset the password even though it was automatically entered already and had logged in previously, but I could not get in. It would send me an email to reset the password either. It is like the email is not recognized or something. I don't know what to do.

I tried to activate my new phone 4 times on website to NO AVAIL! I'm on time crunch for number porting as Verizon prepaid svc OVER @midnight. I was 14th in queue, then 4th, THEN dismissed wìth LIVE CHAT CLOSED msg ☆ In between all this, I did the 4 automated activation attempts online
Last attempt showed step by step menu with each section completed ~ BUT then received the error message "failed to verify Oauth"
I am very unhappy at the mess between this AND last week buying new phone<website errors until I was told TRY AGAIN in a few hoùrs due to web maintenance>
now I have no phone and I'm going to have to lose the number I guess

Why have forum if all we do is post msg then are told to wait for pm & no ANSWERS get posted that might help MULTIPLE PEOPLE?! Not the most efficient method of troubleshooting/problem solving
