Need help plz

I am in Canada and cannot get across the border until who knows when. My boyfriend lives in Michigan and sent my the code to add minutes to my tracfone but I am getting a message saying my sim no longer active is there any way I can reactivate my sim card since I cant get to michigan to take care of this myself. I live right on the St. Clair River so I am able to use my tracfone in canada all the time for Michigan/American calls. Thanks
