Can't login to check usage?

I've had this problem for a while now. I have an account but cannot log into it unless I use my phone number. The User ID and Password don't work. This is the address as far as I know:

I'm trying to also use the little app on my phone so that I can check my available minutes, or more importantly when I need to pay for more minutes. I'm done wasting my time with this stupid website and app. I verified my User ID and TRIED to send a Password to my email but that did not work after many tries, not in Spam etc. At least I can get onto this forum lol, that's one good thing.
