I am having a similar problem.. my girlfriend gave me this LGL62VL prepaid tracfone the other day, it's number is currently "unknown" so I have been trying to activate it via the web using the IMEI # but I am receiving an error message stating: "the device associated with the information you provided has an invalid status. Please review the information and try again."
I'm not sure what this means, & I have been attempting to activate the phone since yesterday evening. If anyone can assist me with this problem I would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks.

I'm trying to reactivate a Tracfone and get a new phone number - but the Tracfone website says:

"The SIM card information you provided is invalid. Please review the information and try again."
