Hello I am also getting this message when I try to activate an older phone. It says " The device associated with the information you provided has an invalid status and cannot be added to your account. Please review the information and try again."
Not sure how to go forward with activating my phone. I'm trying to switch from my current active Tracfone to this older Tracfone. Thanks for any assistance.
