I do not want to post a reply, i want to post an urgent question to TracFone. Where do I post and where is a forum wall, so often cited by moderators, that indicates it is for posting???

I have an Alcatel Onetouch A564C and all of a sudden it wouldn't connect to some sites I keep getting no connection and privacy errors and something about your connection is not private what do I need to do to fix this?

Hello
Just purchased tracfone minutes for the second time with my new phone, this would be the first time online at tracfone.com. After submitting my cc info, a message at the top of the screen says, your card was not successful. I checked the number which was correct and submitted several times and still received the same message. I never got my minutes. I called my bank and my card has been charged twice already the same amount and I can only get an automated response when I call tracfone support. Corporate office of course is closed on the weekend. Help!!!!!
