I am having a problem switching my number and minutes from my old trac fone to my new one. When I did it online, it did not show the correct amount of minutes that are to be transfered. Now it shows the new phone as being activated, and I have lost more than 100 minutes. I tried calling and got someone who was trying to help but then disconnected me. Called back immediately and the call center said it was too busy to accept calls. I need this resolved before tomorrow, when the phone will be needed.
